Bookings are made online: upon registration, you can upload clinical documentation so the team can review it to support the assessment.
ONLINE REPORT
At the end of the teleconsultation, a report will be prepared. This report will be made available to patients. Transmission of the report will comply with legal requirements.
INSTRUMENTS
To carry out the televisit, it will be necessary and sufficient to use a device (computer, tablet or smartphone) equipped with a webcam.
INSTRUMENTAL DIAGNOSTICS
Following the video consultation, the doctor may decide that further diagnostic tests are necessary. Different diagnostic tools are available for each type of complication, and these may vary based on the individual case.
PRIVACY
The televisit will be conducted in compliance with the GDPR 2016/679 and Legislative Decree 101/18.
COMPLICATION TREATMENT
Following the teleconsultation, if the event is confirmed to be an aesthetic medicine complication, the medical team may propose treatment and management following a thorough evaluation, including further diagnostic tests.
